App overview:
Coppel Emprende is a mobile application developed to support Coppel’s sales force in enrolling and guiding microentrepreneurs toward using Coppel’s learning platform. The app streamlines the enrollment process by making it faster, more intuitive, and accessible directly from the salesperson's mobile device. Through a simplified workflow, salespeople can easily register new users, track their enrollment status, and provide essential information about the educational opportunities available. The main goal of Coppel Emprende is to empower the sales team with efficient tools to expand the reach of entrepreneurial education programs, ultimately helping more individuals build their businesses and financial independence.

Who is the user:
The primary users of Coppel Emprende are individuals who have launched small businesses or work as freelancers. They are often microentrepreneurs who may not have formal business education but have the drive to grow and sustain their ventures. Many of them operate informal businesses or early-stage startups and are seeking practical knowledge to better manage, organize, and expand their operations.Coppel Emprende is designed to meet these users where they are — offering accessible, easy-to-understand resources that help them build business skills, improve financial management, and unlock new growth opportunities.

📌 The Pain Points Addressed:
Many microentrepreneurs and freelancers face significant challenges when it comes to accessing practical business education. Despite having strong work ethics and ambition, they often lack the formal knowledge needed to organize, manage, and scale their businesses. Traditional learning resources can feel intimidating, overly technical, or simply inaccessible.
Coppel Emprende addresses this gap by simplifying the onboarding process through its sales team, ensuring that microentrepreneurs are easily connected to tailored, easy-to-follow educational content that empowers them to develop essential business skills without overwhelming them.

💻 Extension to Desktop – Admin and Support Management:
In addition to the mobile app, a desktop platform was developed to support internal operations. The desktop version allows support teams to monitor user statistics, manage trouble tickets, and oversee ongoing enrollment campaigns. Through this dashboard, administrators can track enrollment numbers, identify and resolve user issues more efficiently, and coordinate outreach efforts to ensure the success of educational initiatives. By providing a centralized view of performance and support metrics, the desktop platform plays a critical role in maintaining the quality and reach of the Coppel Emprende program.
