Redesign overview:

 I redesigned a travel agency website to enhance usability, improve the booking experience, and create a more visually appealing interface. The design process was straightforward, focusing on three key stages: research to understand user needs and pain points, UX Design to structure an intuitive experience, and UI Design to bring the interface to life with a modern and engaging look.

Research:

To understand user needs and pain points, I analyzed competitor websites and gathered insights on common frustrations travelers face when booking trips online. The focus was on simplifying navigation, improving the booking flow, and ensuring a seamless device experience.

To create an intuitive and visually engaging platform that enhances the user experience, reduces booking friction, and increases customer engagement and conversions.
